I was just wondering if many people
were using some type of meditation as part of their Jewish practice. If so I was interested in how that informed your practice
and how you came to include it. I was not practicing Judaism much when I began to meditate. I was then doing transcental meditation.
After I got more involved with Judaism I changed my practice and now do a more Jewish based meditation in addition to other
daily Jewish practice. I feel the meditation is very important and has helped me in terms of things like stress and focus
but that it has helped me feel a deeper connection to Hashem. I just wondered what others might be doing along those lines. | |

and with dread of dying and all the despair that goes with it."
